As expected, borrower requests for use of Equity Bridge Capital's private money / hard money bridge loan products in California vigorously continued for the 1st Quarter of 2017. EBC was able to successfully complete a number of challenging requests for a variety of borrowers including: a time sensitive $2M Cross Collateralized loan for the purchase of an Investment Property in San Francisco, a $1.2M 3rd Position Business Purpose Loan in Southern California for a cash strapped borrower, a near $900,000 bridge financing package for an Unentitled Land Purchase in the East Bay, and a $600,000 2nd Position Refinance for an experienced spec home developer to assist with cash flow on their residential construction project in Piedmont, CA.

On the horizon for 2Q? More of the same - including several 1st, 2nd, and 3rd position refinancing requests on maturing loans from various San Francisco Bay Area residential and commercial property owners.
